Alt-Risk caters almost exclusively for the broker space as we believe each broker and client base is different and a customised solution is mostly needed, and welcomed. Various propositions is discussed, because you, and your client is unique.

A select few brokers are offered an outsource model wherein they are allowed to fulfil certain functions directly, and which impact on service delivery to their clients. This eliminates time delays and duplication of work.
We have also partnered with several leading insurers, underwriters and reinsurers whereby policies are placed and administered.
We agree service levels at onboarding, which results in efficient turnaround times. The same applies at claims stage, wherein our select broker appoints an assessor and takes charge of the claims management process. This results in open and transparent communication at all times.

Definitely not to redesign the wheel. Old school is best, and has been proven to be most successful not only in trusting -and building relationships, but also in establishing risk facts much quicker.
Through our experience we know that traditional insurers have moved away from “how insurance used to be” to a more scientific way of practise. We maintain with the selected broker partner that there is no reason why we should not do things the way it used to be.
